MEET MACEY COMEAUX
Hi! I'm Macey - a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. I love food, cooking, and finding ways to make balanced eating more enjoyable. I am a firm believer in food freedom and recognizing that restricting foods may not be the best fit for your long-term goals.
No diet is a one size fits all but as a dietitian, I can provide you with a personalized nutrition plan based on your food preferences, energy needs, time capabilities, conditions and/or concerns. My goal is to help you build and maintain a positive relationship with food. This will allow for a more achievable and sustainable health journey.
Food is our fuel, medicine, and foundation. Be kind to yourself and invest in your well-being.

Initial Consultation - $130
Initial evaluation will last up to 60 minutes.
During this session, we will discuss your intake, lifestyle, reason for seeking a dietitian, and your short/long-term nutrition goals.
Virtual sessions are available by request.
Follow-Up/Reassessments - $70
Follow-ups will last up to 30-45 minutes.
During these sessions, we will continue to work together to create
a treatment plan that will allow you to reach your goals.
Monthly Packages can be discussed prior to or during your initial consultation
1. Personalized nutrition plan
2. Long-term approaches with lasting results
3. Weekly check-ins / M-F messaging with your coach
5. Personalized recipes/ grocery lists / Meal plan (if warranted)
6. Expert nutrition education / materials
Macey is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist through the Louisiana Board of Examiners in Dietetics and Nutrition. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition and Food Science at Louisiana State University and completed supervised practice at Tulane University.
Macey has a background in clinical nutrition with experience in numerous dietetic settings including public health, sports nutrition, culinary medicine, and chronic diseases.
With a large amount of conflicting nutrition information available, Macey hopes to reduce any feelings of overwhelm and help you find confidence in the food choices you make for your lifestyle and goals.
